An operating model for dynamic customer experience

I'm currently building the model that connects customer data to personalized, dynamic experiences at scale. The specifics are under wraps — the thinking isn't. This is the shape of it.

It's the discipline I'd bring to an AI strategy role: not the model itself, but everything that has to be true around it for the output to be usable.

  1. 01Signal

Customer data as a live input

Behavior, device, tenure, and context treated as a continuous signal rather than a quarterly segmentation exercise.

  2. 02Logic

Decision rules teams can argue with

The personalization logic is made explicit and reviewable, so product, marketing, and care are debating one model instead of four.

  3. 03Surface

    Experiences that adapt without fragmenting

A pattern system where variation is generated from the model, keeping thousands of possible experiences coherent.

  4. 04Loop

    Outcomes that retrain the model

Every response feeds back. The model gets sharper because the operating rhythm is designed to learn, not just to ship.

Strategy & philosophy

How I like to work

Systems over screens

A screen is just the tip of the iceberg. I love zooming out to map how products interconnect, ensuring every single touchpoint flows naturally into a larger, coherent ecosystem.

Strategy through making

Great strategy shouldn't just live in a slide deck. I believe in prototyping our way forward, making ideas tangible early so teams have something real to rally around, test, and ship.

Research as a compass

Research isn't a box to check; it's our best tool for cutting through noise. I use it to reframe tangled problems, bring human perspective into the room, and give teams the confidence to move forward.

Impact through partnership

The best work happens in the spaces between silos. I focus on building deep cross-functional trust, clarity, and shared momentum with product, engineering, and design so we can build great things together.

What's next

Looking for work at the edge of AI strategy, innovation, and consulting.

If you're building something where the hard part is the model behind the experience — not the interface on top of it — I'd like to hear about it.
